Agent network
Third-party locations authorized to serve customers on behalf of an operator, typically for cash collection and payout.
Agents extend reach without the cost of owned branches. In exchange they need float management, commission calculation, transaction limits, training and supervision — and the operator remains accountable for their conduct.
Software support for an agent network means tracking each agent's float position, commissions earned, transactions performed and settlement status, with the same audit rigour applied to owned branches.
